Finally decided to build my 16 yr old granddaughter boom box. Spent some mone y on a Erwin Vega 6.5 “ 2 ways. Amp is Bluetooth 50w/ channel and has a 3.2 A hr battery inside Runs about 10 hrs on ir . Charging port is on the front. Has adjustable bass, mid range, and treble . 18x9h,9d . Front panel has screw caps in black to hide them.
Other one is 110 v powered. Has 2 way 4” front speakers with a 5” subwoofer on the side. Has adjustable bass and treble. Have had it a couple months now but the amp has a hiss in it now so will be replacing it. The subwoofer although small thumps like u cannot believe to be so small. Box volume an port size and length were matched Tobit by a speaker box program. Posting additional pics of it below

The pink one has 6” passive radiators in stead of ports. This allowed me to make the box smaller than a ported box and still get good bass.

Those are super cool. Better than any boom box. I’ve seen people use ice chests as the cabinet before. I’ve also had those Bluetooth amps get a hiss. I was just using it to run some bookshelf speakers.

Nice work, on another note, is your hearth sealed?

I just saw the shine and I can tell mine isn't and wondered if they screwed me when I built the house by not sealing it (if that is standard procedure)?
