Leather Holster Break in, how do you do it?

This is how I break in my leather holsters.
Wrap pistol in plastic bag, let set over night. If still too tight I add a second bag and let it set over night. Has worked fine for me.

Another wax paper fan here. If it's really tight, I'll wrap the gun in wax paper and then put it in a bread bag. Let it sit overnight; then just unwrap and wear it with the gun in it to complete the break in. This gives you a good opportunity to work on your draw, with an unloaded gun of course, which will also help with the break in as well as make you fast, almost as fast as @bigred1 even, if you have the ninja-like lightning quick reflexes like he does.
