Everything the potential buyer is asking sounds a little fishy to me. The individual being a drug user as per their medical Marijuana card would bar them from possession a firearm under federal law as to my understanding.

I wouldn't do that, sounds sketchy at best and a set up by Ardmore PD or maybe OSBI, ATF, etc.
