A taser is defined as a weapon in 59 OS 1350.18

8. "Weapon" means taser, stun gun, baton, night stick or any other device used to subdue a defendant, or any noxious substances as defined in paragraph 10 of this subsection;

Granted, this is not in the SDA but I can see LE using it as a basis for refusal to admit you to a building. On top of that, I have no idea what kind of administrative rules are in place for each building that would make it illegal to enter with a taser.

But what do I know. If I don't see the shadow of the Capitol Complex again in my lifetime that will be fine and dandy with me.
