Well we got the uhhhh what would is title be......the guy who works at ranch owners house feeding old retired racehorses and bird dogs and keeping the main house area mowed and stuff....he does not help us with ranchin. Let's call him the "Do this do that guy" yeah. He called the other day and said the hydros on his tractor loader were messed up cuz his loader went up and down crooked. We went and looked. Dammit Billy, the damn bolts are broke off that hold one side of the loader on! That crap had to be loose and floppy before it broke! Why the hell do we have more broken crap now than before you started working here?! Anyhow, we brought it in the shop and miraculously drilled and easyoutted both broken bolts. These are maybe 3/4"-15/16" bolts and locktited. They were goin into the main frame of the tractor. Drilled an 1/8" pilot then 5/16" and then turned em out with a square proto easyout. New bolts are ordered and a spacer block that disappeared. I had to bandsaw one bolt to get the easyout back out of it.
