My sebenza and SNG are the smoothest knives I've ever owned.

My sebenza and SNG are the smoothest knives I've ever owned.

The CF Sebenza is a pretty big disappointment in that aspect - It's really hard to get that legendary Chris Reeve smoothness with a CF scale on one side instead of Ti. It was still a great knife with Chris Reeve fit/finish, but the ultra smooth opening/closing just wasn't there.

Probably my smoothest opener/closer is my ZT 0801 - it's one of the few ball bearing knives I've owned that worked exactly as smooth it should.
