In Idaho they eat something called "fry sauce" on French fries. I think it's a mixture of ketchup and mayo. Gross.

🤢
Fry sauce is bomb! A staple On Tater Gems at ZIP's which is a must visit in eastern WA/ID though traditionally in the PNW tarter sauce is the correct condiment for fries.

I think Braum's has something like that now.
That's Braum's sauce, but it's a bit more than a mixture of ketchup and mayo. It has come with the chicken strip dinners for a long time, but they just recently started putting it in a pump like ketchup.

Freddy's Frozen Custard has Fry Sauce, too.

Come to think of it, both SAMS and Costco used, maybe still does, have available Sauer Kraut. At Sams it has been in a little sealed package in a tray by the other condiments. I really like that!

I think I’ll go to Sams tomorrow and have it. Yum!
