I just learned something new. Leupold has at some point started requiring companies who sell their products to become an authorized dealer, since 2018 maybe?

I’ve had my FFL since 1993 and have sold tons of their products and theirs are the only scopes I have on all my guns except for two. Today they turned me down to be an authorized dealer saying I didn’t have a brick and mortar store with regular business hours, which in a way I do cause my house is bricked and I had to list business hours on my FFL renewal.

Funny thing is I have sold a lot of their stuff since 2018. I guess I’m missing why they did this.

Just ranting caused they pee’d in my Post Toasties.

I would assume it's because there's been some kind of uptick in counterfeit products and non-traditional selling points are easily exploitable as entry points. That's just a guess though.
