Liability involved in Hunting Land Lease

I have been asked about leasing land that I own. The only hang up for me is what is my liability if someone gets hurt. How about signing liability releases? Your experience or information will be appreciated.

Check with the wildlife department. Legislation has been passed that makes it pretty much impossible to sue a landowner that has leased the land for sporting purposes.

I was under the impression that landowner liability protection only applies when access is granted without a fee. However, the link above states it applies when less than $10 an acre is charged.
