I have my doubts that it's the same deer between the pictures of ages 1 and 2 as there are no distinguishing features on the deer that I can see and no ear tag/collar. After that though, the set of pictures is entirely believable that they're the same deer and neat to see.
I have to agree!!! Several of these pics look like a different deer.

I'm not sure how they know it is the same deer unless it had some sort of tracking chip, but if it is truly the same deer, I am impressed that he had an awesome rack for so long.
I pulled jaws on deer near Jet, OK during rifle season of 1989 and 1990 and we saw some really nice deer, but no bucks that I can recall being over 6 1/2 years old, and only a few doe.
The mindset has changed in 25 years.
