Not sure about that. Hipaa applies to covered entities. Which covered entities are allowed to access your medical information in violation of HIPAA under APA WF # 22-16?
As I’ve stated before, I haven’t been to a doctor of any kind since 2004, but if/when I do have to visit one, I’ll lie like my life depends on it if asked private personal questions.

Well HIPAA laws still apply because APA WF # 22-16 doesn’t say it will invalidate HIPAA. Covered entities still have to follow HIPAA under this new system. HIPAA is not germane to the topic.
So are you saying my Dr. is not covered by HIPAA?
