LLC to purchase

this is new to me, could someone explain how having a LLC allows a person to purchase and own NFA weapons. im wanting to get a can for my ar, what would be the easiest rout to go? thanks guys

its kinda like a trust IF i am not mistaken, but a trust is free. Like they said an LLC costs $25 a year

ok how does it work tho? as in what papers and forms does one have to fill out and what limitations are there? is it kinda like having a ffl?

I'm no lawyer but, if you go bankrupt the items held by a LLc would be history.
I think items in a family trust would be harder to get at. Or maybe not.
Just something to ask a lawyer before proceeding.

what about taxes on corporate inventory? property tax on inventory?

use the trust....for what you are wanting it is the most simple and cost effective way.
