Loaded gun in car without license?

Coworker asked and I honestly dont know the answer as I have my license...but in OK does the Castle Doctrine cover your car as an extension of your home as it does in TX so you can have a loaded firearm in your vehicle without a license?

That one was easy as there is money in it for them.
Honestly I'm more inclined to think they should have spent thei time figuring out a budget thats not going to be overturned by the SC.

The one serious duty they seem to have had the most trouble with the last few years in making a viable budget plan that accomplishes essential services within the available state income.
The previous legislative sessions have produced champions at playing "kick the can" into the following sessions. "At least they are trying." Illinois has not had a state budget in 3 years....

Help me out here. Back in the day, Okla supported education with oil basically until it became a global market and began to fluctuate.
When it started going downhill we got horse racing to bring education out of the bottom of the barrel with new schools, teacher raises and all kind of promises to help education.

Then we got the incentive to have native american bingo to support education, which evolved into the casino's going to bail out education.
Where did this money go?
