Personally I prefer a grain finished beef. Better marbling which aids in tenderness and flavor. My opinion. Ran beef cow/ calves for 25 years and grandparents 50 years prior to that. Grass fed doesn't always mean chemical free, hormone free.

G.O. Farms cattle raised & fed in Medford, sold in Edmond. Great prices and lots of order options. Ground by the pound too. They also sell through Consious Co-op on Waterloo Rd. Good friends of mine. Thanks for supporting local business!

That’s my neighbor I was talking about earlier. Didn’t know he had got this far in his project.
Our farms adjoins some of his. Great guy! 👍

If it's crossing my teeth and hitting my tongue it must have a minimum of 90 days on grain . 1 it's tradition and 2 it's moo bedder.
