The moon is full and breeding should be at hand. I have a buck that has turned nocturnal. We are now monitoring the game cameras daily to see when and where he is staying in relation to the location of the mature does. Last week he was moving during the afternoon and early morning which was during legal shooting hours. He has no pressure on him so that is not an issue. Now the activity has changed and we are going determine what his new movements are.

This one was difficult to handle because he was so heavy. I see a scale in my future and an electric winch. I am estimating him at 200 pounds. I am curious as to his age. Any guesses as to his weight?? I have heard 225 pounds so far.
