Looking for Help to Determine What These Things Are...

These are located in the northeast area of Seymour, Texas. I've tried googling for answers with no luck. Therefore, can anyone here tell me what these things are? I'm inclined to think of some kind of communication antenna, although they look to have to be directional. I also wondered if they were some kind of "acoustic receptor."

Supposed to funnel wind in.

Here is another odd looking one.

They’re part of the HAARP Weather control equipment. There’s more such equipment outside tinker, near Wiley post, and near the little airfield in Yukon/el Reno.

They’re wind funnel turbines. The place that was making them lost a .gov contract and went outa business. There was a lengthy discussion here not so very long ago.

Almost as strange as this experimental turbine by Hooker, OK.

It collapsed in 2017 though. Had to do a Google search to find a picture of it.
