This hits me hard. I must have seen the movie Coal Miner's Daughter a gozillion times.

I always think of my mother in law (RIP Dorothy Dix - love ya!). She grew up so poor and married a poor cowboy, they never went out to eat (6 kids) and never went to the movies...except one.

Rest in peace Louisiana Woman.
