remember that one of the elements of a temp injunction is that the plaintiff must be likely to prevail in court. So yeah, the suit is still ongoing, but its basically DOA.

It was passed by both houses of the legislature which represent the people, then signed by the governor who was elected by the people. I don't even know how it can get into a courtroom. If Lowe wants to change it, his first try (referendum) was the correct way to do it. He failed. He's free to try that again but it's a very heavy lift to get the courts to shoot a law that's in effect down like he wants. He's just wasting a lot of taxpayer dollars with lawsuits IMO...
