LUGER BARREL UNSCREW FROM SLIDE ?

Anybody ever do this? I have clamped everything up tight . No damage to parts, hit the clamp on the barrel with 8 # hammer clamp turned on barrel. I have removed & installed lots of barrels. On a remington 700 had lock tight in the threads. Had to put a .little heat on it when it cooled it would stop turning.

I reversed the emery cloth, had the smooth side next to the barrel. Put the abrasive side in the clamp next to the barrel . It worked barrel unscrewed . Yea
