I used to believe that our justice system was good, fair, and more times then not, got things right. I am beginning to doubt that I was even remotely correct. Sickening.

Man I hate to sound like a broken record on this, but once more for the record, we do NOT have a "justice" system. We have a legal system. BIG difference.

Personally, I somewhat agree with the judge. Jail time is NOT appropriate for this guy. I'd be more than happy to recommend to the judge my opinion for what is appropriate. I'd even pick up the tab for the bullet punishment...
