I've got a house for sale right next door to me. Really cheap cause I don't have the keys and buyer will have to deal with the squatters and all their belongings. They might put up one hell of a fight cause they've been there a while, but persistence will prevail. Don't really have time to show it since I'm at work most of the time. If you like it just leave the money in my mailbox and make yourself at home neighbor!
