Let me start by saying thank you everyone! You have been a major help!

I am going with the primer not being struck hard enough. Definitely a difference in depth of strikes.

One,in the first picture believe it is from left in the top row, can see evidence of two strikes with the first being definitely lighter.

I am leaning towards a weak spring in my mind with not as much experience in mechanical difficulties on firearms compared to some or most of you.

Could be a weak spring, or oil or dirt in the firing pin cavity on the slide. If you have an ultrasonic cleaner you might stick the slide in it with some solvent and give it a few minutes of action to see if that frees up any crud in there.
