I got one of these off ebay for $1 http://www.ebay.com/itm/Metal-Match-Lighter-Fire-Starter-Gas-Oil-Permanent-Outdoor-Camping-w-Key-Chain-/300901484106?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item460f20464a It actually came with zippo stamped on the metal case. I have had it filled for about 6 months now and it is staying sealed. The easiest way I found to light them was to hold the liquid filled case with my thumb and forefinger with one of the two covering the opening left by the striker or match. This will allow you to hold the tank strong enough to strike the match. Hold the match at an angle between 45 and 90 against the tank and strike downwards.
