Mini mini 14

My daughter likes shooting my Mini 14 but it is a little heavy for her so, I built her as she calls it a mini mini 14 out of a 10/22.

Shoots great also and is very light and easy to shoot.

Still have more to do but have a good start on it for her.

I have a mini 14 and a 10/22 both with composite stock and stainless barrel... my son calls the 10/22 a 'micro-14'.

That reminds me of the M1 carbine stocks you can buy for the 10/22. One company even has a paratrooper stock:

Your Mini-14 would be a lot lighter if you ditched that Samsom folding stock contraption and replaced it with the standard Ruger non-pistol-grip composite one.

If i wanted a rifle wearing black plastic i would buy an AR. i have the wooden stock for a reason.
