Mosin Nagant

Can someone help me with the value of a Mosin Nagant? I see prices all over the place with these things. It’s very nice. All bluing is intact and it shoots very well. It’s Russian 1938 all numbers match. The stock is extremely nice as well.

Prices have jumped in past few years. Round receiver prob 5-700. Hex are worth a bit more.

I would say around $500.

$650 seems too high for a round 91/30 in my opinion. It would expect a very nice pre war hex or a Finnish mosin for that. I've picked up Swedish mausers and k31's in that price range lately.

My understanding is that a rifle withOUT an import stamp holds a higher value as well as numbers matching and I’d like to see the stamp on the bolt and receiver. Good luck with your sale
