[QUOTE="p238shooter, post: 3050491, member: 24583"] I guess my thoughts are a little old fashioned. This is America, love it or leave it. I do not get it. I got tired of living in the city. Rather than griping and trying to change the city, I just picked up my stuff and moved to the country where I enjoy life. If you want to live in a society that is different than what we have here in the USA, why go to all the trouble to try to change it? You are wasting most of your life and energy beating your drum. Just pick up your stuff and purchase a one way ticket to move to a country that already has the beliefs and customs you are desiring and blend in with it and be happy. Why mess with the rest of us that do not think the way you do, we are most likely not going to ever change. There is certainly enough diversity in the world to find and enjoy someplace that fits your attitude and lifestyle. Move there and stay there. We appreciate your concern, but you do not have to worry about the rest of us, we will be OK suffering the way we are. While you are at it, take some of your radical thinking professors and teachers with you if you can, you might be able to get a volume discount on your moving expenses, or if that is too capitalistic, you can refuse that if you would like.
