For years I made Possum Grape and seedles Blackberry wines. Then I got lazy and started using the frozen Grape and Apple concentrate juices from the grocery store
to make my wines. Makes some tasty beverage.
I have 2 Mulberry trees that are always loaded, but never made wine out of them. I have picked a lot, brought them in the house and soaked them in water to float the little ants off. Best tasting fruit of all in my opinion.

I made pie from mulberries once.
I do not soak the critters out though.
Just eat them.

Had one gal hold them in her hand too long and all the crawlies exited the berries in her hand.
She did not want to eat them after that.

I told her do not hold them too long just eat them. She did not go for that.
