Thought I would post some pictures of the current trip I took the kids on to Monarch ski resort.

Just random things that caught my eye.

When’s the last time you saw someone driving one of these?

The Airbnb window didn’t lock. It’s a nice little house, with a few draw backs. I had to improvise my own lock/deterrent.

I was considering going to Colorado next weekend. May have to wait a few more weeks. I feel the mountains calling.

My wife had a Pacer back in the day. Burnt down to the ground with all her belongings.

I took my family back in December, just before Christmas, that was a unique time of the year to go. I think next time we’ll go somewhere more affordable, Breckinridge was some $$$ at that time. The lack of workers was bad, the place we rented skis from was closed on the day we were leaving, some other stores were staff with one person working and they had to man the cash register, so no help. We had a good time.

If you go through sagauche there is a jeep place there that has all sorts of old jeeps, some I have never seen before.

Anything in the Summit area has gone through the roof on pricing especially accommodations. I'd much prefer to stay in Salida and ski Monarch or stay in Pagosa Springs and ski Wolf Creek instead.

Didn’t drive a Pacer nor have I gone on a ski trip but I did drive a Gremlin back in high school. Mrs Pistolpete still laughs. Even though I tell her it was the classic Levi edition.
