Townes was a fascinating dude and the production is great. For any other old country fans, the all time standard is <strong>Heartworn Highways</strong>. It follows the Nashville and Texas outlaw country scenes through the winter of '75-76. Anybody who is anybody in that music genre in this documentary, including a ~20 year old Steve Earle. A lot of Townes, a lot of Guy Clark's kitchen table jams, and David Allen Coe playing at the Tennessee State Prison.</p><p></p><p><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heartworn_Highways" target="_blank">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heartworn_Highways</a></p></blockquote><p></p>
