How about a photo with your measuring device included. That should put this one to rest. I think the targets may have closed back up some so the bullet holes look smaller than .224 which makes it look off.

Honestly, I was done with this debate and wasn’t going to engage in anymore discussions about my measurements, but being as you proposed a solution without argument or accusation, I decided to do as you suggested.

I took it a step further and took pictures of my measurements as indicated by my digital calipers.

.313 + .418 + .528 = 1.259
1.259 / 3 = 0.41966667” group

I have grown tired of this pissing match. I will not entertain any discussions or questions such as when my calipers were last calibrated, am I sure I am measuring in inches and not centimeters, blah, blah, blah...

If anyone is bothered because my Bear Creek upper will out shoot your high dollar, custom cut Shilen match barrel that was trued and fit to your high dollar billet upper...I’m not sorry. As I said before, I built this on the cheap to see if I even liked the Valkyrie, and I’m happy with the results I got.

And if anyone wishes to question the length of my barrel, let me know. I’ll be happy to whip it out and let you measure it yourself.

At first the targets looked off to me. The measure center to center is the same regardless of what size the hole is. Here is an example where some holes held the .224 hole but some are smaller.

Interesting on the measurements of 3 shots. I haven't seen that before. I would suggest to not use that when measuring your barrel you will cut yourself short.
