My application was kicked back

Sda ap was kicked back to me. Looks like I had wrote my credit card info wrong. Experation date dummy. I was told I had to resubmit.

Does this mean fingerprints again or make corrections and take to sheriff office? They were digital.

Can I do it online since I have been printed already?


I emailed them but didn't think to ask about resubmitting online.

Supply the missing or incorrect information within 60 days and osbi will re-open your application

I received an email back and was told make the change and Mail directly to osbi. Will likely just get a money order so no room for error

Money order/cashiers check best option IMO. Good luck

Typically OSBI simply sends a form letter with the returned application. The form letter will have the issue(s) checked. Don't think you are the first to mess up on a PIN or a card number. Fix it pronto and mail it directly back to OSBI.
