Looks like it's been taken care of for a gun that got used daily. I bet she killed a few thieving critters with it.
Don't how many critters it took care of but it did get some snakes, besides knowing how to use it us boys found out she knew her way around a switch when us boys were bad. That I know from being on the receiving end of it.

There was a two-part article on .25 ACP pistols in two recent Firearms News issues. Lots of pocket pistols were made back in the day--they were the sidearm of choice for most European military officers (at least, the higher ups who wouldn't see too much combat.)
