I finally got my daughters AR together the other day. After a year of gathering parts and stealing a BCG out of my 223 until I can afford a new one I finally got it done. 16" SAA barrel, DPMS BCG, adjustable gas block, Anderson lower, who knows upper, Ebay 15" handguard, DPMS lower parts kit that I polished the trigger on, Magpul foliage green furniture, Vortex Crossfire II 4-12. Oh, in a 300 blackout for deer and pigs.
It shot about 1" 5 shot group at 100yd. Maybe a hair more, I didnt measure it. Thats just with the handloads that worked well in that barrel before. I didnt do any load development for it. It shot plenty good for 200 yards and under that I didnt feel that I needed to mess with it.

Thanks guys. I asked her if she wanted me to duracoat anything on it and she said no. I may do the barrel in foliage green to match everything else later. Should show nicely through the handguard.
