I’m actually kinda liking the quickness of the bolt the way it is. Looks out of place but it sure will make quick follow up shots. Im thinking this is going to be a good hog gun. I do have a bolt that I made out of old wooden pallets if I ever decide to go the other direction. Give it a nice bend and tig weld that baby in place.

RIP Honeybee. I knew exactly who you meant in the title. Some around here may not remember him or are too new, but he was a gentleman and a scholar. Sold me the very first suppressor I ever bought. Really hated that he went through what he did, F cancer!

I’ve got one upstairs untouched as well and purchased 300 rounds of ammo. Boy I’d trade it for a good 30-30 or .06. May have to do it soon, as I’ll never shoot it.
