You're a good Dad to support him, as long as he is happy is the main thing. A lot of people aren't happy with their station in life.

My oldest is on his 6th year and deployed Wednesday. Crew chief AC130. Not sure where he is, hopefully find out other than pictures of a barrick room. Not many hotspots in need of AC right now, that we know.

Tell your children that are in the military to take a lot of photos because someday they'll wish they had. All they'll have is memories and the photos are important. I wish I had. Of course, they're going to do what they want to do regardless but you can plant the idea.

God bless your son, mine wanted to be stationed overseas until he was on his way to BMT then he told me he'd be happy to be stationed at Tinker lol
