There are no markings on the receiver, I've gone over it with a magnifier and other than the importers stamp on the barrel and what appears to be a few proof mark's there's nothing else.Or Romanian

From what little info I've found online, that's what I think it is. From what I understand, Sino-Soviet was when they were helping China tool up to make the SKS. I was wrong on the ser #, it's 22k not 12k. It is also a threaded barrel, not pinned. The only mark is on left side of barrel below the rear site and it's a small circle inside a large circle.
