I have no desire to argue, since it’s obvious you think what they’re doing is fine. Capitalism! We’ll just have to agree to disagree regarding the odiousness of their actions.

Lol, I figured when asked to put a number to it you wouldn't want to play anymore.

I switched my user name to the N-word because I wanted to de-weaponise the hatefulness from some of you guys. Some of you just get so bent out of shape about it. Its hilarious how some folks get so worked up about what other folks do with their time and money. No one is making anyone stand in line to buy ammo. Or making them pay 3x-10x the cost it was during the wonderful Trump years. The end of the world didn't happen last Wednesday. Just take a breath fellas. Stop with all the 2A community crap. There is no such thing. There is an OSA community with some great folks in it. These same guys could be members of a whataburger forum and the same ones would be stand up and others that aren't wouldn't. Owning a gun and exercising your 2A doesn't make you a great person. I really wish you guys would refrain from using the N-word in such a disdainful and hateful way. I am hoping that we can all just stop with it. Where is @DavidMcMillan ? We need someone to come in here and put some water on this fire and get a group hug going.

The great days of finding Aquila 22LR Neckbeards are behind us for now. Even with that I tried to stop the hate and overcome it with Love. To use something that everyone loves $15.99 bricks of 22LR that smell like Bacon cooking to take the sting out of this terrible word. Still some of you guys are just so angry and hate filled that you don't have any spare ammo and didn't participate in the hunt for the Aquilas. You didn't prepare for the impending shortage and its now the N-Worders fault? I guess we should ask Sleepy Jo and the Ho to give us each a case of 22LR, 9mm and .223 with our next checks.

I think I'ma list some .45 on AL for $1/round. Shoot, I'll dang sure sell it for that. I'm not driving anywhere or going out of my way to do it, but I could use some freed up cash for a few new toys I want, and it's a commodity I don't need and have plenty of, so the community could use it. Why not.

Ehhh... yeah, I've been kind of... slow getting on that. Kind of a denial thing? Like, I'm kinda at an impasse. I gotta find a motor and I don't really know how to pick one other than just throwing a dart at some place and buying one on faith. So I'm putting it off, to be honest.

To the OP - it is a derogatory term used to denigrate those that rise early, invest cash in a commodity and resell for markets prices.

The opportunity for purchasing ammo is available to all, yet those that show ambition are scorned by those that can't be burdened with inconvenience. Coupled with a lack of free market understanding, it creates envy and hate, much like AOC, Kamala Harris, or any number of socialists that would rather villainize those making profit, rather than show some drive and get part of that market themselves.

Orrrrrrrrrr..... These people can be seen as parasites looking to feed off the generosity of a business that is - unselfishly - selling the product below what the market rate for the sole purpose of taking care of the people that helped them grow to what they are today. If it were about free market and capitalism, then the retailer could simply be charging the 100% mark-up, making a higher profit margin and delivering better results to their shareholders. However, some companies are willing to forego the profit to do what they feel is right by their customer. Trying to make sure that single mom is able to afford practice ammo for her personal protection weapon. Or the hunter that relies on affordable ammo to practice and hunt to put food on the table.

I equate these people to the cowards that send their kids up to athletes to get autographs to turnaround and put it up on ebay. Or the people that trade their EBT/WIC for alcohol and tobacco.

Personally I would rather pay a 100% mark-up to the store when I have time, rather than meeting up with some unwashed neckbeard with cash at the QT of his choosing on his schedule.

I get off at 5, and I can meet at either of the QTs here in town. WM is in between and would work equally well. While I may technically qualify as 'unwashed' since 7AM today, I don't think I smell that bad - but then, as they say where my wife is from, 'fishermon don' say 'e catch stink'.
