Somehow, in our search for some staples, me and my wife stumbled upon her grandfather's box of old stuff. We knew he served in WWII and it looks like he brought back some Nazi memorabilia and some U.S. army patches. There was also some old German money (1908-1924) back during the hyperinflation period (couple millionen marks here and there) that we've determine isn't worth a whole lot but we're interested in the patches. Does anybody that collects WWII memorabilia have an idea of what these could be worth? I'll take some pictures of it if needed. We know for the US there are some 103rd infantry, 4th Army, 5th infantry, and some private rank patches. There's also a ruptured duck patch but we figured it's not worth much. As far as the German stuff, there's a few armbands and a SA patch. I tried to get an idea of value but I couldn't find any good websites, outside of auction sites, that listed some realistic prices. Any help is appreciated.
