That bolt pattern is the old stand by 5 x 4.5 bolt pattern used for decades on many Fords.
And many trailers and other manufactures used it also. Known as 5 x 114.3 bolt pattern.
You can search tires plus and discount tires and other places for new mags and many times new aluminum ones in that size
can be had for 85 bucks or less each.
I think I have 1 in my stack but it is a weld drag light wheel with the holes in it 15x8.
Just 1 though.
I will have to double check to make sure I did not give it away..Yours for free if I have it and you want it.. you just need 3 more
