For anyone who has asked previously about good books or DVD's in the past, I have always recommended Tom's book and I will now recommend this DVD. This is an extremely useful piece of info for those interested in what confrontational situations really look like and how some folks have successfully resolved them.

Tom's presentation is much more thorough than anything you're going to get from the Armed Citizen or other similar columns that describe citizens' use of force.
