I loved the old .257 Roberts. That is one caliber that I wished would have never fell out of style. Accurate, efficient, low recoil, a joy to shoot and perfect all around size for me. Would shoot 100gr over 3000ft/sec and could get there with only about 38grs of powder(about what you put in a 30/30). I would still like to find an old one.

I've still got 257 dies and 25 cal bullets for it, but I sold mine a while back.
