So I've read and re-read about the active military being able to carry. Just want to be certain, that's any ACTIVE military, not just active duty, regardless of age, correct? So a 20 yr old reservist can carry concealed with the proper ID and OK drivers license?
You still have to be 21 yo

The following is quoted:

"b. eighteen (18) years of age but not yet twenty-one (21) years of age and the person is a member or veteran of the United States Armed Forces, the Reserved or the National Guard, or the person was discharged under honorable conditions from the United States Armed Forces, Reserves or National Guard;"

So yes, a member of the National Guard or Reserve that is under the age of 21 (but at least 18) CAN get a CC License provided that they complete all the other requirements (citizenship, non-felon, classroom and range training, etc.).

The bill did state something to the effect "There would be no economic impact." And there won't be-there will be an economic benefit because those under age 21 military/veterans will be purchasing their permits. Not a huge increase but still...

He was talking about license free carry under the other law.

The question was specific about Military, with military ID and OK Drivers license carry, not permit carry
