Have you tried Bear Arms in Elgin?Good deal, i have gotten use to going to big boys in Mustang once a week so it will be nice not to make the hour long drive once Murfs is done.

I can't think of a better endorsement for a gun store.I really like the guys at Murf's it reminds me of the way stores were when I was a kid.
I went to Bear Arms once but the lighting wasn't very good and it was close to 20 dollars to shoot.i can go to big boys on Tuesdays for $7.50 and its only another 25 minute drive.Have you tried Bear Arms in Elgin?
Well it all makes sense now. Someone else referenced Bear Arms Lighting, might have been Mugsy, I do not really recall. I shoot there a few times a week as it is right down the street (country style) and never crowded on weekdays. My wife likes it because it is small and not crowded. We are going to the ENS on the 17th At Big Boys, so she will get to shoot on a real nice range then. May be making the same trip you do if she really digs it..I went to Bear Arms once but the lighting wasn't very good and it was close to 20 dollars to shoot.i can go to big boys on Tuesdays for $7.50 and its only another 25 minute drive.
OK, I gotta confess. I have held off on Big Boys for so long because it is literally 4 mins from my in-laws house. Nice folks the in-laws, just don't need that much good advise weekly. lolAfter going to big boys its kind of hard for me to go anywhere else.
