[QUOTE="kwinok, post: 1477243, member: 10007"] This may be a re-post but wanted to pass this along anyway. I was at Lexington WMA today. The ranger came by for a license check. While he was there he told us there was a new law that went into effect this year. Now for anyone to use wildlife management area land you have to have either a Hunting / Fishing Licenes or a Wildlife Management Area Passport. This means anyone just watching will have to have one of the three. The Ranger said this was a effort to raise more money for them to maintain and keep the areas open to the public. He said all of the bird watchers, photographers, and hikers were comming in using the areas and not having to pay a dime. Now everyone will pay their fair share. Again, Sorry if this was a re-post.
