All I can say is, the upgrades turned out better than I hoped. Trigger is from the DW TCP/ECP pistol line (duty treated straight K hole trigger). Grips are palm swell tactical slants from VZ.

I'm not one for naming things, but I think this one should be called Darth.

This is my first straight trigger in a 1911 platform and it's flipping fantastic. As far as I can tell, it's also the same trigger that DW is using in the DWX.

If you are contemplating picking up some VZ's, let me know. I have a couple spare discount coupons that they sent to me with my last few orders. If you're definitely going with wood, I believe that Hogue and Ahrends both carry Ebony.
