I know Martinsburg WV got hit pretty hard by that snow storm and they have another winter storm hitting them tonight/tomorrow (like 14 to 20 more inches of snow). I have tried calling them yesterday and this morning. I get the general mailbox recording and the mailbox is full. http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20100209/ts_nm/us_weather_usa This sucks. bad.
The good news is that most of them work from home anyway so they can still be cranking out forms. I bet they are diligently working away as we speak.
When did they cash your check? Mine was cashed 12/22/09 I have only called once but I want to call everyday.
last month, on the 21st. I like to call every monday and thursday. just to keep my frustration and anticipation at it's peak.
