Saw on the news there were a lot of shootings across the state. Maybe looking for suspects.

there are regulations for drone flying. probably not military or county. could be a right of way inspection but not at night. most likely a nefarious neighbor. if it was legit there is probably some sort of log

OSU does a good amount of drone development work for the department of defense. Exactly what vehicles or technology they are developing is not public knowledge.
