I was there back in late May or early June; we ate at the Blues City Cafe, which is at the next intersection behind where that pic was taken. Decent food, but all kinds of loud.
I would have been pissed. I can’t believe he didn’t play those. Weird.
What the heck did he leave for? Did he never come back on? Some of these “performers” apparently have no idea how to perform. I think they need to watch def Leperd a few times. Heck Reba was great when I saw her back in 1990. It was her, Charlie Daniels and Aaron Tippin. My all time favorite is Phil Collins and when he came here several years ago I wasn’t able to go. I just read he is coming back starting in October! Unfortunately he won’t be coming anywhere in the south except for Fort Lauderdale. I don’t get that. He did say he was open to a Genesis reunion if his son could drum. I would kill to see that. I wanted to see fleetwood mac when they came but Lindsay Buckingham wasn’t even playing with them. Oh well.
