No solicitor/intruder deterent

So you have issues with people knocking on your door.
You have a no solicitor sigh on the door but people still come knocking.

One issue may be that they just can't read the language .
One language all nationalities know is wasp.
Yes wasp as in Big honking wasp nest on the front porch covered in yellow jackets.
Stick one of these up and I would bet door knockers will stay away.

Yep that is what I did..I had saved that nest for 2 years and this year I got a bunch of dead wasps and got out the glue gun.

It is hanging at the Camshaft shop in the bathroom next to the light.
I had it on a shelf and one guy about killed over trying to get away from it.
So it may work out well.

That's hilarious. Now surely you can figure out a way for that thing to make a buzzin' sound if somebody gets close. They might not see it until it starts buzzin ' and then they will beat feet right quick!

I wish I could make or buy plastic wasps that look real and I would start making these.
Maybe get on a search for a bunch or real wasps and plasticize them.

I honestly don't think most people that are in the door to door sales business are self aware enough to even realize its there.

I tell every window salesperson that shows up. "Dude don't think if I had the coin to buy new windows I would already have them?" They always shrug and leave.

Just get a little something that makes a buzzing noise when a sensor is tripped and they will start looking for it.

Personally I would probably get some clear spray sealer and spray it down so nothing deteriorates over time. Though it gives me a good idea on what to do with some of the ones I find around here and knock down.
