Not the start I was hoping for with my new 9mm Shield

He said the bad news is it is taking at least six weeks to get guns back as this is their busiest time of the year. </p><p></p><p>Very nice fellow and I have been pleased by S&W customer service in the past (Dad's Model 36-1 revolver I had to send to them) so nothing to do now but wait to hear back from them.
